The commissions and study centers of the Iranian Green Management Association (hereinafter referred to as KEAM) have been established for the following purposes: training experts and evaluators in the field of KEAM, producing an evaluation model, improving expert, organizational capacity, and issuing organizational and individual certificates. KEAM’s management structure consists of forming a management council (from the governing – advisory – executive – academic departments) and electing the council chairman from among the council members, and its management processes will include methods, decision-making regulations, and operational planning and goal-setting. KEAM will be in contact with the board of directors and the association’s secretariat through its secretary so that the plan and goals approved by the board of directors are communicated to KEAM. It is worth noting that executive actions will be taken by the association’s secretariat. In addition, the approach governing KEAM is problem-solving and nationalism and improving expert capacity to solve problems in organizations. It is noteworthy that the main structure of KEAM is formed by attracting specialized members based on the technical and engineering characteristics of each KEAM.
