The 19th Iranian Human Resources Award with a “Green Intelligence” Approach

The Iranian Human Resources Empowerment Foundation, as the first specialized institution in the field of human capital development, in its eighteenth year of activity, Iran Human Resources Award is held with a focus on the new approach of “Green Intelligence” and “Green Human Resources”.

This prestigious award is designed with the aim of systematically and purposefully improving the knowledge, skills and motivation of human resources in manufacturing, industrial and service organizations and is considered a strategic tool for increasing the productivity, sustainability and competitiveness of organizations.

In today’s world, where challenges such as Climate change, environmental degradation and energy imbalance threaten the future of organizations, and developing human capital with a green approach has become an inevitable necessity. In this regard, the 19th edition of this award will be held with the following themes:

The Iranian Human Resources Empowerment Foundation invites all organizations in our country to improve their education and human capital management processes with a “green intelligence” and “green human resources” approach. To achieve such an approach, the following actions are taken in cooperation with the Iranian Human Resources Empowerment Foundation’s expedition team:

• Forming a Human Resources Empowerment Committee with a Green Approach

• Training and certifying committee members to promote green culture and knowledge

• Self-assessment and analysis of the current situation based on the human resources model Green

• Designing projects to improve and enhance green capabilities in the organization

• Preparing for third-party assessment and obtaining a valid certificate

Receiving this award is not only a sign of the organization’s commitment to sustainable development and social responsibility, but also enhances the organization’s brand position in national and international markets.
